What an Update!!

Where does the time go? I can't believe it has been quite some time since the last update, but the sad thing is I don't feel like much excitement has happened. As I looked at our archive, I'm a big slacker when it comes to updating. Maybe this new year can bring some more updates.

We did find out what we are having, and it is another girl. I'm so excited for another little girl in our house, plus I can recycle all my girl things, got to love that! We are having a hard time picking a name that we can agree on, so any suggestions would be great! Eliza keeps asking when the baby will be here, I'm glad she is excited. She tells me that she will help me carry her and get her out of the bath, and even said she would share her bed with her. She will be a great sister.

School is out and thank heaven! My classes weren't to bad, but one class I had a group project( I know most of you know how those go). We had to do 10 hours of community services for a particular group of people, my group was disabilities, and then we had to write a 10 page paper. The services went well but when it came down to writing the paper, now that was a different story! Plus they nominated me to be the editor, but in a way I'm glad so I could see what the final product looked like before turning it in. Although it was tough getting the paper together, I guess is was good since I got an A in the class. Now just waiting for my diploma they said it would take 6 weeks.

And then there was 4

Yes, for those who don't know, our family is expanding, I'm 15 weeks along and must say this pregnancy is far better then the last one! Except I've been battling a cold for the last 6 weeks. It's weird sometimes to think we will be having another one, since it has just been the three of us for so long. Eliza is so funny one day she wants mommy to have a baby and then the next day she tells me she doesn't want a brother or a sister. In my mind I think sorry sister, no turning back now. I hope that she will adjust well to the new addition, which I think she will, she adjust to change very well.

Life have been busy for the Harden's and especially for me, I'm back in school for my last two classes, so I'm gone three night a week at school. I have been approved to graduation (for my associates) if I pass these two classes, and I better because I'm already wishing the semester was over. It will be nice to be done with school for a while although I will problary miss it when it's done. I would like to return and finish with my bachelor but only time can tell.

Eliza is getting so big, I love my little girl! We have been doing a lot of things with her cousins,( and yes none of us have taken a camera so sorry no pictures). We went to the zoo last week, which was so much fun, our zoo has so many baby animals right now, there is 3 tigers, a snow leopard, a giraffe, and a baby elephant. I'm not much of an animal lover, but baby animals are just so cute! This week we went to the children's museum or museum kids (if you were to ask Eliza) with the cousins and then went to Little America for a little swimming. The kids had so much fun, I didn't get in but Lesleyand Summer, and all the kids had so much fun! I will try to be a little better at the picture taking, can't make any promises. I'm not much of a picture taker but I will try. Untill next time, Which could be a while with my updating skills~

I didn't even realize how long it had been since an update, where did those three months go? This summer has been busy, I decided to go back to school to get my associates degree since I only need three more classes. Going back has been a little difficult, but I do enjoy my class, even though it is English, my least favorite subject. Now whenever I'm at the computer Eliza, ask are you doing homework?, or she ask if she can come to school with me, she is so darn cute!

Eliza is getting so big! She is sleeping in a big bed now. We painted her room, and also painted a dresser that we inherited from by grandmother. I'm really happy with how it turned out, I wish I would have painted the top half of the room pink two years ago. She has learned how to spell her name, and continues to learn more and more every day. We've only gone to rage two time this year so far, since the weather here as been so wet! Eliza has loved Ragging Waters, she just walks around in the kiddie pool singing to herself. We had her pictures done a couple of months ago, but yes I'm a slacker and just posting them now. Here is a link to view them.

A couple weeks ago we went up to Rock Port Reservoir for our ward activity, we spent the day fishing. This was Eliza's first time fishing and good for her we actually caught some. Fishing was fun, it has been a long time since I have gone, I really enjoyed it. Just hanging out and visiting with everyone was the best part.

Here are just some random pictures we have taken in the last couple of months.

Big News!

No, I'm not pregnant! Eliza is potty trained. I am so happy that she picked it up so quickly, We decided to start potty training her when I stopped working full time. My bosses wife told me about this book "Potty training in less then a day". I was skeptical since Eliza would just cry and try to get off the potty every time we put her on it. So I read the book and I'm a true believer now! So if any one is trying to potty train there child I would read this book for sure. Eliza has been wearing big girl panties for a month now, and has only had 3 accidents. I am so proud of her she is such a fast learner, and is so great with adjusting to change. Another thing is that I'm so glad we don't have to make the 50 dollar purchase at Costco every month any more, NO MORE DIAPERS!

Eliza is getting so big I look at my little girl and can't believe how time has just flown bye, it feels like yesterday I was bringing her home from the hospital. I just love this age, she learns new things every day. She enjoys reading books, playing outside, going to the children's museum with Grandma Cindy, hiding eggs(and then she tells you where she hid them) and turning off the T.V when Jeff is trying to relax afters a days work. She thinks it is so funny. She is Ms. Independent! She has to do everything herself, from putting her shoes on, to climbing in the car, She has even learned how to but the DVD's in the player(we're afraid that she is going to break it). Kids are so much fun, I just love being a mom.

Eliza singing her ABC's, please excuses the annoying voice in the back ground.
